I. Use

The CFD Series Automatic Filling and Sealing Machine has different kinds of filling pump and it is fit for filling the products with different viscosity, from beverage to creamy products, like, Gel, Jelly, Milk, Popsicle, Cream, Fruit Juice, etc., and sealing with appropriate compound film, and it is widely used in cosmetic, medical, chemical industry.

We can design different molds in filling, sealing and cutting parts for the need of different container shapes.

II. Function

1.        The shape of the machine is beautiful, clean and bright, and it is made ofstainless steel except for the part, which connects with the material, and it matches with the sanitation standard of foodstuff.

2.        It uses the air pressure to drive, and the functions are complete, the whole process, from container supplying, filling, sealing, leftover material cutting, product being moved out to leftover material receiving, are completely automatic, so it can save the manpower and reduce the cost.

3.        The machine can fill, seal and cut several containers at the same time, so it can improve the productive efficiency.

4.        The machine has photoelectric eye, so it can automatically correct the film sealing position, and ensure the design sealing position is right.

5.        It uses double sealing fitting, so it can seal with the heat twice and ensure that the material can be sealed tightly.

6.        It uses fittings with famous brand, so the function of the whole machine is stable, the quality is reliable and the operation is simple and convenient.
